Grouting Services
CRL specialises in resin injection and cementitious grouting for a wide range of applications. Injection grouting uses high- or low-pressure pumps to deliver rigid, flexible, or semi-flexible resins, including hydrophobic polyurethanes and acrylic systems, directly into cracks to seal and stabilise them.
Cementitious grouts are used to fill voids under bridge bearings, machinery bases, wind turbines, and structural elements. Our in-house plant, including stationary and trailer-mounted systems, ensures efficient, air-free grouting, preventing cavitation. All works are undertaken by trained, experienced personnel using approved materials and methods.
