Martin began his career in construction in 2005 and studied Civil Engineering at the University of Greenwich, graduating in 2012. While studying, he gained industry experience with BAM Nuttall. Since then, he has specialised in the repair and strengthening of existing structures, working across highways, bridges, tunnels, marine, and utility sectors, primarily in the Southeast.
Martin joined CRL in 2025, bringing extensive knowledge of reinforced concrete structures, including structural repairs, waterproofing, movement joints, bearing replacement, and cathodic protection. His practical background and technical expertise ensure effective, long-lasting solutions for a wide range of structural challenges.

Ben began his career in construction in 1997, having graduated from Plymouth University with a HND in Civil Engineering. His journey began in the Highway Structures sector, working in the UK until 2004, when he then relocated to Australia.
Ben joined CRL in 2023. He has a valuable knowledge and experience in the field of reinforced concrete structures, which include concrete repairs and strengthening, structural waterproofing, movement joints and cathodic protection. Ben has made a significant progress in his career from a Contracts Supervisor, General Manager and Contracts Director, allowing him to gain valuable experience from the coalface to the boardroom, achieving MCIOB Chartered Construction Manager status along the way.

Matt began his construction career in 1999 with an apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering, prior to switching to civils. He has a BSc (Hons) in Civil Engineering as well as an MSc in Engineering Project Management and is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the ICE.
Matt started as a Contracts Engineer with CRL in 2014 and has progressed through the ranks from Project Manager to Contracts Manager, and eventually becoming Regional Manager in 2024.
Matt has successfully managed a number of large projects for CRL and has experience in concrete repairs, cathodic protection, carbon fibre strengthening and waterproofing. This experience spans multiple sectors including highways, water, car parks and power stations.

Adam is an experienced Chartered Engineer and senior manager with extensive expertise in civil engineering and construction. He holds an MSc in Civil Engineering and is professionally qualified as MCIOB and CEng MICE.
Specialising in refurbishment and structural repair projects across Scotland, Adam has successfully delivered high-impact schemes for clients in a wide range of sectors, including water, defence, education, marine, heritage, and residential development.
Adam joined CRL in 2008 as a Site Engineer and has progressed to Regional Manager, demonstrating strong leadership and a proven track record in business development. He is committed to the highest standards of health, safety, and quality, ensuring every project meets or exceeds client expectations.

Adrian is a Construction Management professional with a degree from Sheffield Hallam University and over 35 years’ experience in the industry. His career spans both the UK and international markets, with projects delivered in more than 50 countries.
He has contributed to major landmark schemes, including the Prince of Wales Bridge, the Palm Jumeirah Gateway in the UAE, and many more, demonstrating expertise in complex, high-profile environments. Adrian joined CRL in 2022 as Highways Manager, was appointed to the Board in 2025, leading the Highways Division, oversees Australian operations, playing a key role in delivering CRL’s SDF frameworks for National Highways.

Simon is an Industrial Petrologist with over 30 years experience, specializing in the assessment of buildings and structures for alteration, strengthening, repair and refurbishment.
Simon takes great pride in his work, constantly striving to provide the best possible product, as safely as possible.

Nick is a qualified Civil Engineer who joined CRL as Construction Manager in 2018 based in Melbourne as part of the company’s growth into Australia. His experience & background includes Civil, Rail, Building, Tunnelling, Water and Wastewater projects, in a wide variety of roles, including Senior Project Manager, Bid Co-Ordinator, Integration Manager, Infrastructure Manager, Construction Manager and Operations Manager.
Nick has worked on projects from greenfield freeways to complex brownfield freeways and arterial roads; from Australia’s busiest rail precinct and Defence Force buildings, to working on remote islands requiring thorough logistics and planning to maintain successful projects.
As General Manager Operations, Nick takes overall responsibility for all operational activities of the Australian office, driving the business forward whilst maintaining high standards of health and safety and quality, managing risk, and achieving Regional Targets.
