For new installations, grouting works are carefully executed to ensure precise alignment and load transfer between tower and foundation. On older turbines, structural assessments identify instability or excessive movement, prompting stabilisation through deep resin injection and reinforcement of compromised concrete bases. Voids within gravity bases are injected with high-strength resin, while the base-to-tower interface is treated with advanced waterproofing systems to prevent water ingress and potential corrosion.
All works are tailored to the specific turbine type and site conditions, requiring bespoke equipment, safety systems, and sequencing to minimise downtime and maintain operational continuity.
