CRL provides a full range of external refurbishment services for high-rise buildings, including surveys, concrete and masonry repairs, wall tie replacement, window and door installation, balcony and balustrade repairs, waterproofing, facade cleaning, and protective coatings. In Scotland, we also undertake full facade installation and remediation projects.
We work with a wide variety of systems, including external wall insulation and rainscreen solutions, such as STO Ventec panels, Meteon form panels, and Rockwool panels. High-rise condition and structural surveys are carried out in partnership with our network of architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, and CRL Surveys Ltd, delivering detailed condition reports and accurate cost projections for short-, medium-, and long-term life cycle maintenance.
